| Growing up in an eastern suburb of Cleveland, Lenora enjoyed a happy family life. After high school graduation she had the opportunity to work at several companies including 5 years as a manager at St. Rita’s School. Lenora started her career at CVAC in March of 2001, as an evening receptionist. “I was passionate about meeting new people and greeting them”, exclaims Lenora. “I really enjoyed the interaction and getting to know our great members!”. A few years later, she became a “floater.” In this role, Lenora had the opportunity to work in multiple departments. In 2006, she was promoted to Billing/Accounts Receivable Clerk. Lenora excelled in this role and did an excellent job. But she missed interacting with the members. In 2017, Lenora became the Membership Director. “I love this position because I get the opportunity to interact with people, again.” Lenora, her husband Jeff and their three dogs reside in Willoughby Hills. “My two daughters, Danna and Ellen, are my pride and joy”. “Being the grandmother, (Nana), to my Grandson, Dominic makes me so very happy!”. |
