There's no telling where a "part-time" job may lead. Back
in 1987 Loretta's sister called and asked if she could come and
help her a few hours a week in CVAC's office: "I did a little
of everything from data entry to taking prospective members on tours."
As the club grew, so did Loretta's responsibilities and her hours:
"Eventually my sister left, and I stayed! When the Rosenbergers
bought the club in 1992, I was named Membership Director."
The job is a
perfect fit for her. She loves people and CVAC. So what could be
better than taking prospective members on tours of the beautiful
facilities? "I enjoy chatting with them and discovering what
they are looking for in a club."
Loretta and
her family have grown with the community. She and her husband bought
their first house in Bainbridge over thirty years ago. "The
area is continuing to develop and there is a real need for a club
for families with programs geared to children. We offer exactly
what they are looking for."
Of course, the
Club is attractive to all ages: "The fitness center is a big
draw for singles and we offer a number of different membership options
to meet different needs. CVAC has a great mix of people!"
Loretta's responsibilities
include new membership sales and marketing of the Club to prospective
members.
