Bill’s first experience with CVAC came back in late 1998.
At that time he was a contract plumber whose services were being
used in the renovation of the locker rooms. Though the project
was quite extensive, Bill’s excellent work, attitude, and
overall friendliness caught the eye of much of the CVAC staff. “I
enjoyed the working atmosphere here at CVAC, and thought to myself
that this would be a great place to work.” Unbeknownst to
Bill, there was an opening at CVAC for someone just like himself,
and the rest is history.
Bill joined the Club maintenance staff in 1999. After several
years of service Bill was promoted to the position of Maintenance
Director.
Bill’s experience
from his past employers, more specifically his time spent in
construction, prepared him well for his demanding
role here at CVAC. His experience includes an extensive knowledge
of plumbing, carpentry, painting, dry wall, and electrical maintenance.
Though Bill is extremely busy at the Club with projects encompassing
all of his expertise, he says that he truly enjoys the wide array
of work he does at the Club, and finds each and every day at work
exciting.
Bill and his wife Betty Ann are residents of Wickliffe. They
have one son. Their hobbies include camping, hiking, fishing,
bicycling, gardening and lots of summer cookouts. |
