CVAC, we are
dedicated to providing a wide
range of activities for all fitness levels. Here are some of the
programs we offer.
The
Circuit Workout
Burn fat - build muscle with the Circuit Workout. Begin a
new fitness routine, or supplement your present routine, with
the CVAC instructors.
Yoga, Pilates, Power Vinyasa Yoga
CVAC's certified instructors will lead classes on Sunday through Friday. Wear
loose comfortable clothing. Call (440)-543-5141 ext. 108 for dates
and times.
The
Interval Circuit Clinic
A popular workout. This VERY EFFECTIVE program includes segments
of intense weight training coupled with high-powered aerobic work.
Lose fat, gain muscle, and have some fun. Studies have shown that
interval circuit training is superior to aerobic or steady-paced
exercise programs. Increase your exercise results . . . and shed
a few more stubborn pounds!
Massage
Licensed massage therapy is the newest rage in the fitness center.
Swedish, Sport or Reflexology massages from a professional Masseuse
are
available.
Relax and feel the stress flow out of your muscles. Massage is
beneficial for the athlete and sedentary person alike. Try a one-hour
full body massage or a sport-specific, mini-massage targeted to
a specific body part. Massages are an excellent way to warm down
from an intense workout. Information on the various therapists
and special package pricing is available at the main office.

Summer
Sports Camp
Let us fill your children's summer days with sand, and sunshine!
Our Sports Camp is fun for all participants.
Campers
swim under the watchful eye of Red Cross certified lifeguards
in the CVAC's two-and-a-half acre beach-lined lake, or inside
in the 25-meter pool if the weather is inclement.
All
fitness activities are run by certified personnel, and take place
in the CVAC's state-of-the-art fitness and aerobics facility.
Fun activities happen everywhere, and are overseen by the CVAC's
year-round staff. Our swim instructor and coordinator is Red Cross
certified.
Let
your children spend all or part of their summer week days at the
CVAC having fun, developing skills, and building strength.
Plyometrics
Clinic
Our Plyometrics Clinic is a developmental class for youths
ages 8 to 18. The class offers a comprehensive program to enhance
muscle performance and improve overall sports ability. CVAC Instructors
emphasize safe ways for young athletes to develop
skills and prevent injuries. Practice drills are designed to increase
speed, accuracy and strength. The clinic is popular with area
youths and their parents. Class size is limited to four. Private

CVAC
Kids in Motion
CVAC Kids in Motion is designed primarily for the children of
working moms and dads. Children under the age of twelve who want
a great day at the Club are welcome. The program (initiated at
our members' request) offers a happy solution to the old problem
of finding wholesome activities on scheduled days off from school.
CVAC has
planned a safe, fun-filled program that coincides with specific
vacation days scheduled by area schools.

CVAC Kids in Motion Days
Activities for week days when school is scheduled to be closed.
Ages 6-12 years
