Fitness Studio offers classes for all ages and levels of fitness.
Between
the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 8:30 P.M. CVAC members enjoy a wide
variety of class and clinic offerings.

Step
Challenge!
This one-and-a-half hour high energy class begins with a total
body aerobic warm-up followed by a good lower body stretch. From
here on out it's 45 minutes of high powered step patterns choreographed
to the hottest tunes on or off the charts. Our Instructor guarantees
YOU WILL SWEAT, YOU WILL MOVE, & YOU WILL HAVE FUN! It's not
over yet. Time to hit the mats for a lower body trim and tighten.
Ab's Ab's Ab's. Stretch it out, you will still have 30 minutes
for a shower. Brunch at the CVAC Banquet area starts at 10:30
A.M. and boy have you earned it!
Body
Beats:
This fun upbeat class consists of an aerobic dance warm up followed
by intense total body free weight workout. Our instructors' high-energy
routine will boost your metabolism (burn more calories). The free
weight segment helps build muscle to trim and tone your body.
The results will keep you coming back for more.
Free-weights
only:
Tighten those troublesome areas. Instructors will demonstrate
the proper form and range of motion that class members should
use to best work with free weights. If you're not sure how to
work out with free weights, this is one class you must try. You
will enhance your total fitness level as you gain strength and
build stamina.
The
Ultimate Workout:
With this class, you do it all: resistance training, choreographed
kickboxing movements, aerobic dance cool down, and long slow dancer's
stretch. This is an excellent class for improving balance, endurance,
coordination, and burning calories.
High
/ Low:
Your CVAC instructor will use a combination of power aerobic movements
offset by periods of less strenuous actions. This new method of
interval training has been found to burn a maximum amount of calories
and is geared for all levels of fitness.
Step
and Sculpt:
High powered step routines, advanced patterns, some quick movements
are followed by prolusion jumps. The second segment Sculpt students
will be working with dumbbells in a choreographed multi-repetition
series geared to tighten triceps, define arms and chest. The class
ends with a super tone Abs segment followed by stretching your
muscles in a long, slow, cool down.
